Partners of the newest Sibiu International Marathon’s race, the 10 km cross

Zacaria decided to be more involved in this year’s edition of the Sibiu International Marathon, that will take place on the 26th of May, and became the official partner of a new 10 km cross race. Also, Zacaria’s employees chose to support and run for the project “Healthy Hearts – Children’s Hospital”, of the Polisano Foundation.

„We decided, this year, to be more than just runners at the Marathon and the moment fit perfectly with the introduction of the new 10 km cross. As partners, we wish to reward the community in which our company grew and and we are happy to start this race together with the rest of Sibiu”, said Emilia Țepeș, National Director of Marketing & Sales.

Zacaria 10K starts at 9 am in Piața Mare, arrives in Parcul Subarini, then returns to the city centre, the time limit being 1 hour and 20 minutes.

This year, 15 of the employees located in Sibiu headquarters had the courage to enlist to the marathon, one even accepted the provocation of participating in the longest trial – the 42 km race. Both those who enrolled as runners and their supporters chose to raise funds for the Polisano’s Foundation project “Healthy Hearts – Children’s Hospital”.

“We invite everyone to join or support a cause that they hold dear. It is the best opportunity to help those of us who, through their initiatives, succeed to put things in motion and change positively the society we live in”, said Emilia Ţepeş.
